By texting or calling the line, sending a form or registering for a seminar on this website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
A text line and website where you can ask Paul Maldonado, Advanced Planning Consultant / Life Insurance Producer, questions about life insurance, mortgage protection, key person insurance, annuities and retirement income, sign up for a free 1-on-1 estate planning class, and register for free estate planning seminars. Texting the line or sending a form does not buy a policy, does not start coverage, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
When you text a keyword (such as LIFE, IUL, CHILD, ANNUITY, RETIREMENT or TRUST) to 833-398-0427 or 833-348-3988, or send a form on this website, you agree to receive conversational text messages from a licensed agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you register for a seminar, you will also get a confirmation text and a reminder text before the seminar. If you call one of our numbers and we miss your call, you may get one text letting you know we got your call. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or call 505-523-5119. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
If you give us your email address (for example, when you register for a seminar or ask for a quote), we may email you about what you asked for, such as a seminar confirmation and reminder, and members of our team may email you personally about your questions, appointments or application. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Use it at any time and we will stop.
Calls with us may be recorded. When a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you call and we miss you, you can leave a voicemail. When you book a call through our online booking page, you'll receive a confirmation and reminders by text, and you can reschedule or cancel from the link in those texts.
Insurance and annuity products are offered by Paul Maldonado, a licensed insurance agent (New Mexico License #20245906 · Texas License #3510087 · Florida License #G364079 · NPN 20245906), through contracted insurance companies and marketing organizations. Products are offered only in states where the agent is licensed. The insurance company decides approval, coverage and price. Life insurance and annuities are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured.
We are not attorneys. Our 1-on-1 class and our seminars are for education only and are not legal advice. All documents within your fully comprehensive estate plan are prepared by licensed attorneys. Estate planning services are available nationwide, in all 50 states. Seminars are free, seating is limited, and registering does not obligate you to buy anything. If you register guests, please make sure they are comfortable with you sharing their names with us.
If you ask about debt help, we may refer you to an independent debt relief company. That company sets its own terms and decides whether it can help you. We are not a lender, and we may be paid for the referral.
What we share is general and educational. It is not tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing we send is a promise of any rate, return, price or approval.
